These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications, and cloud-based transport management software provided by Zhorvin Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an organization account, downloading our mobile applications, or accessing the Zhorvin Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Tenant Accounts & Responsibilities

Transport operators, corporate clients, and fleet managers ("Tenants") are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and API keys.
Ensuring all drivers, operators, and vehicles registered comply with local transport regulations and licensing laws in their operating jurisdiction.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account activity.

3. Permitted Platform Use

The Zhorvin Platform is licensed for legitimate fleet scheduling, telemetry monitoring, vehicle dispatch, driver routing, and enterprise transportation billing. You agree not to reverse engineer, disrupt server integrity, or misuse telemetry interfaces.

4. Service Availability & Cloud Hosting

We deploy high-availability Microsoft Azure cloud architecture and strive for continuous service reliability. However, scheduled maintenance, telecom carrier outages, or GPS satellite signal degradations may occasionally impact tracking telemetry without constituting a breach of service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Zhorvin Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party driver actions, traffic delays, or vehicle operational failures.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
