Welcome to Zhorvin Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to maintaining the privacy, security, and integrity of your data. This Privacy Policy outlines our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, protection, and disclosure of information when you access our website (https://zhorvin.com), our mobile applications, and our cloud-based transport and fleet management services (the "Platform").

1. Information We Collect

To deliver transport dispatching, vehicle telemetry, automated billing, and live fleet management across our web portal, Fleet Owner mobile app, and Driver mobile companion app, we collect the following types of information:

  • Account & Profile Information: Full name, corporate email address, contact phone number, tenant identifier, and encrypted authentication credentials.
  • Government Identification & KYC: Aadhaar number, Permanent Account Number (PAN), Driving Licence details, and Goods and Services Tax (GST) numbers collected strictly for regulatory driver verification, operator KYC compliance, and statutory commercial invoicing.
  • Financial & Banking Information: Bank account numbers and IFSC codes utilized exclusively for driver compensation, trip payouts, salary disbursements, and vendor settlements.
  • Photos & Media: Driver and staff profile photographs used for driver identity badges, duty slip generation, and passenger safety verification.
  • Fleet & Operational Data: Vehicle registration numbers, odometer readings, fuel consumption records, assigned routes, and dispatch status.
  • Location Data (Mobile Applications): Our driver mobile application collects precise and approximate real-time geographic location coordinates (GPS, Wi-Fi, and network cell towers). Location tracking operates when the application is active in the foreground and in the background during scheduled, active transit duties to provide live vehicle telemetry, passenger ETA calculations, and route compliance.
  • Device & Diagnostic Telemetry: Device hardware model, operating system version, crash diagnostics, network connection strength, and access timestamps.

2. How We Use Location Data

Location information collected from the mobile driver app is strictly utilized for core logistics operations:

  • Enabling transport dispatchers and fleet controllers to monitor active vehicle locations in real-time.
  • Calculating accurate arrival times (ETA), live distance traversed, and automated duty slip mileage reconciliation during scheduled transit duties.
  • Ensuring driver safety and verifying trip completion for accurate automated invoicing.
  • We do NOT sell, lease, or monetize location data. Location telemetry is never shared with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

3. Cloud Infrastructure & Security Standards

The Zhorvin Platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure enterprise cloud infrastructure located in India:

  • Encryption in Transit: All communications between mobile apps, web browsers, and Azure services are strictly encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 / TLS 1.3).
  • Encryption at Rest: Cloud databases, telemetry logs, and blob storage repositories are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
  • Multi-Tenant Isolation: Data from different transport business tenants is logically segmented with strict role-based access control (RBAC).

4. Third-Party Infrastructure Services

We work only with vetted infrastructure and mapping partners necessary to run our service:

  • Microsoft Azure: Cloud hosting, database clusters, and container runtime environments.
  • Map & Geocoding Providers: MapLibre, OpenStreetMap, and Protomaps for vector basemaps and geographical display.
  • Payment Gateways: When processing customer transactions, payment card data is processed directly by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (such as Razorpay); Zhorvin does not store raw credit/debit card numbers.
  • Messaging & Notification Gateways: WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta), SMS gateways (Fast2SMS / Twilio), and SMTP transactional email services strictly to deliver OTP login verifications, booking confirmations, duty slips, and trip status updates to registered customer and driver contact numbers.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

We retain operational data for the duration required to support enterprise tenant operations and meet statutory tax and accounting standards in India.

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request the deletion of your user account and associated personal data.

6. Regulatory Compliance

This policy complies with applicable laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (and associated IT Rules, 2011) of the Republic of India, and aligns with Google Play Developer Program policies regarding User Data and Background Location access.
